Handmade bite-size dumplings stuffed with lightly spiced beef, blanketed in cool garlicky yogurt, and finished with sizzling butter infused with paprika/Aleppo pepper. Sprinkled with dried mint and a touch of sumac for a bright, aromatic finish. Vegetarian filling available on request.
